A professional chef and originally from Lyon, I studied at the François Rabelais hotel school in Dardilly as an apprentice in a gourmet restaurant. Following this, I discovered several other establishments: from a small traditional restaurant to a luxury brasserie. Wanting to introduce my cuisine while being able to be in contact with customers, the idea of the food truck seemed obvious to me.

The "food truck" is a basic American concept, which I want to modernize by making a French-style truck/kitchen, bistronomic and market-based, which can be adapted according to culinary desires and locations. I want my cuisine to be accessible to everyone, adaptable for individuals, as well as more prestigious services, companies or events.
